Der Hallux valgus, im Volksmund auch Ballenzeh genannt, zählt zu den häufigsten Fehlstellungen des Vorfußes – und kann im fortgeschrittenen Stadium zu erheblichen Beschwerden führen. Viele meiner Patient:innen, die einen sehr stark ausgeprägten Hallux valgus haben, fragen mich, wie man am besten operiert, so dass das Ergebnis nachhaltig ist und kein neuer Ballenzeh entsteht.
